| Demonstrate basic acceleration, conservation of momentum, and elastic and inelastic collisions. Carts are 600 grams each and have three low friction wheels. The carts are stackable and include "no slip" top and velcro for illustrating non-elastic collisions. The carts can be loaded with bricks or other weights to change the cart's mass or two or three carts can be stacked together.
Kit consists of: (2) dynamics carts fully assembled and ready for use and instructions.
For safety in the classroom and during storage, the firing shaft can be locked to make firing impossible. |
