Optimum control of temperature is achieved by the thermostat sensor and heating element being clipped together below a perforated tray. Volume of water used can be varied depending on need, up to the maximum stated. A thermal safety device switches off the power to the heater if overheating occurs. Temperature range 5°C above ambient to 80° C. Temperature selector has an arbitrary scale 0 to 10 supplied with main leads, ON/OFF indicating light. Operates on 220-240V AC, 50/60Hz.
